This is a nice long AU fic, written for the old B/K movie challenge way back when. Chris is a cop who falls in love with a man in a painting, who everyone believes to be dead. This fic is great for when you're in the mood for something plotty - going beyond the love story with a mystery, a villian, a narrow escape and a happy ending - perfect! :) A very, very enjoyable read.
