Why this must be read: This story is all about the build. It starts with what seems to be fairly typical House/Wilson interaction, but as the story goes on, the situation becomes more and more fascinating, lovely subtleties of characterisations emerge, the dialogue takes on an understated sharpness that cuts like a knife, and House and Wilson's relationship becomes completely riveting! I ended up really, really enjoying this one.

I'm only Anonymous because I haven't an LJ account. That aside, sQueee! Omigod! I love House, and I'm so very glad that Crack Van picked up the fandom. Likewise, may I go down on bended knee and thank you for rec'ing this month, and providing wonderful fics for all us sqealing House Fan-girlies? I'm about dancing in my chair, really.
Also, I'm a Sherlock Holmes slash fan too, and I heard a rumor about a Sherlock Holmes/House crossover. Anything definite on that, that you've heard?

I'm so glad you're enjoying the House recs so far. The idea of Holmes/House sounds great! But I haven't come across it yet. I'll keep my eyes peeled though. :)
