Why this must be read:
Here's my final Remus centric rec. Written Pre-HBP, this story is Marauders' era, with a young Remus at Hogwarts.
I don't actually have a hooker!fic kink (well, except in the SV fandom), but I admit I enjoy an occasional foray into this category. What's amazing about this particular story is that the prostitution is taken seriously rather than pruriently, and Remus has the deal with the consequences of making a living this way.
I'd definitely put this story in the angsty category, so be warned.
