There are certain defining elements without which Sports Night would be just another television show: its intelligence, its humour, its compassion, its way with words … its two very very very hot male leads … The best of Sports Night fanfic reflects these qualities (and features the very very very hot male leads in scenarios to which network television simply doesn't pander). mireille719's writing is no exception and, in fact, may prove the rule. Mireille doesn't write much in this fandom; which only makes it all the more of a treat for us when she does.

It's hard to find SN stories that everyone hasn't read, though there are a few out there (I think I've got one more on my list that people might not have seen). But the good ones are well worth re-reading, and this is a very good one. Plus: Christmas!
