Why this must be read: Most Popslash AUs, no matter which group they are about, keep the group together. This story breaks the convention that the group (or groups) are destined to be together in any time, place, or reality. Although several members of NSync and Backstreet are in the story, they are not all living in the same time and place, and the division does not fall along group lines.

This is a ghost story, with some graphic scenes but nothing major. I'm squemish myself, and the story was so engaging that I stayed with it even through the more gory scenes.

Chris, a history student, investigates the mysterious history of his apartment on Black Wren Road.
