Well, I hope I've slipped this under the wire just in time. I'd been hoping to rec more than I have this month, but I think I've enjoyed myself despite that. And thank you to everyone who has commented. Knowing that people have enjoyed these stories/vid as well, either again or for the first time, has been great. So thanks. :)

Why this must be read:

Because I wanted to finish the month with something a little different. This fic is one of those that's really interesting to read because it's from another character's POV, specifically an old girlfriend of Doyle's. Seeing how they all react and interact is fascinating, especially since your understanding of the characters and their situations is filtered through this "new" character and therefore coloured a little differently. And I love to see a girlfriend who isn't Little Miss Perfect, however close you may feel she comes to earning such a title. All that matters to me is that Bodie and Doyle are happy, despite any difficulties they may have faced, or still have to face. I'm a romantic at heart, and this is a nice little heart-warmer. :)
