Why this must be read:
Goldman had more chemistry with McKay than with Miss Alex Devlin, the official love interest, and I don’t think fans were the only ones to see this. The producers retained McKay, the third point of the romantic triangle, after killing off Alex, and moved him into Goldman’s quarters for the third season. How are writers supposed to resist this set-up?
In Wants and Needs, Sassy believably moves the relationship from animosity to sex to friendship. One of the boyz falls in unrequited love with the other. But the ending isn’t unhappy. McKay is in particularly fine form. A good long read.
