Why this must be read: This might possibly be my favorite Pirates of The Caribbean story. It's told from Jack's perspective and he is if possible even madder than he is in the movie yet still completely endearing. I adore the completely absurd tone and I am in awe of the author's ability to get inside Jack's head. I really believe this is how he thinks. And poor, poor Will patiently waiting for Jack to realize that he loves him. I just smiled the whole time I was reading this story. Oh and because it's probably a crime for me to write a recc without mentioning it: Rum.

Sometimes people friendslock their journal, but usually they will friend you back if you want to read their fic. Though I just checked and this person actually switched journals. Her new one is at ametatsu. If you friend her and drop a comment that you want to read her fic, she'll probably friend you back and then you won't get that message anymore.

Did that make sense?
