Hi, this is AstroGirl, back behind the wheel of the Farscape van again. (And I'd like to take a brief moment to encourage people to go and sign up for a turn reccing in the fandom. OK, pimp over.) I'm going to start off this month with another fic featuring my favorite character, Stark, because, well, he's my favorite character and I've got a ton of recs for him that I've been collecting for a while. Again, though, I'm going to try for a bit of variety, so don't worry, it's not gonna be All Stark All the Time.

Why this must be read:

This fic consists of seven drabbles, each presenting, as the author puts it, a glimpse of one of the seven heavenly virtues as seen through Stark's eyes. (Or, as they case may be, eye. Heh.) To me, each one is more moving and heartbreaking than the last. Hobsonphile is one of those writers I like to point people towards when they say they don't "get" Stark, when they see him mainly as an annoying, superfluous character, or as the crazy comic relief. Because Hobson gets Stark, and she has a remarkable ability to present her insights into the character's depths in just a few words. Amazingly enough, this was her first Farscape fic. I only wish she'd written more in this fandom.
