I realize I could just stop there, but here's the thing. No matter where the show is taking us now, no matter what your opinion on the new seasons, I think one thing all we Clex slashers secretly (or not so secretly) believe is that someday, regardless of circumstance, Clark and Lex will be together. We need that happy ending, and Shalott gives it to us in this sexy, plotty, funny, romantic and all around wonderful story. As far as I'm concerned? This is how it all turns out.
