Why this must be read:
Inspired by the Severitus challenge eons ago, A year like None other took 2 years to complete and it was worth it. It's now its own universe and has its own logic and rules. Multiple translations are in progress and an audio version is in progress.
Summary : A letter from home sends Harry down a path he'd never have walked on his own. A sixth year fic, this story follows Order of the Phoenix and disregards any canon events that occur after Book 5. Spoilers for the first five books.
The story is so much more. It's angst, comfort, drama, comedy but most of all it's about family and what makes a family. Do make sure you have some time in front of you when you start reading. 97 chapters and believe me you can't put it down. I know. This is the one WIP I stuck with against all odds because Aspen and Mercredi always delivered a wonderful story.
