Why this must be read: There are a lot of HIV/AIDs scare fics out there but this is one of the best ones for me. It does combine the diffuclt subject matter with a rather touching first time story that moves into an established relationship story. The voices are well done as are the reactions of the characters, very believable. It has a happy ending but it goes through a number of hurdles to get there so you feel the happy ending is deserved. It's a longer fic but well worth the read.
