Why this must be read:
An interesting twist of an AU, and one that requires an incest warning, this story evokes the sultry summer crushes that teens are so prone to, even when the object of lust is totally inappropriate. The author gives the reader another what-if regarding Connor, and I find this version of reality satisfying.

It's particularly appropriate to read during the summer, I think.

I was hoping no one would have beten me to it; I've had it on my list since the time I rec'd Angel and someone pimped it to me. It felt more like a Buffy story than an Angel one, or I would have rec'd it that month.

I'd have to agree that it's more a Buffy story than an Angel one, though of course it blurs the line. Connor's from Angel's world, but in this story he's living in Buffy's.
