Why this must be read: I feel very fortunate thathafital posted this just a few days ago, so I get the opportunity to recommend this brand new story. It is poignant and scary and sexy and hopeful all at once, as Duncan and Methos stumble beautifully around each other, but eventually find themselves right where they ought to be, only to confront consequences they cannot accept -- yet "the alternative is unthinkable." Highly, highly recommended.
