I like a little horror with my slash, and this is a gorgeous example; scary as hell and hot as hell. Mairead and Aristide take the reader on a white knuckle ride in this story where dark forces target Jim and it's up to Blair to save him. There's a moment in this story that is indelibly fixed in my head. Maybe one of the moments here will end up indelibly fixed in yours.

I haven't read this story in a long so it was great to come across it again. The horror elements are very effective but I think the thing I love about it the most is how Blair uncovers his own feelings under the worst circumstances and it's completely believable. Anyways, thanks for a great rec!

This is one of my most favourite fics in TS, in part because of the emotional underpinnings to the horror plot. Glad you rediscovered a good story. *g*
