Why this must be read: Many fics have touched on the idea of giving Xander some sort of resolution regarding Cordy's death, in fact, but what makes this fic special is that it
A) deals with Angel too. Angel loved her too, loved a different and yet the still the same Cordelia. B) is, ultimately, a Xander piece, a piece about Xander and the loss around him.
The fic is, overall, just a short poignant piece about Xander and a little bit about Cordelia and just a tiny bit about Angel, that retains Xander's humor while keeping to the tragic mood without overlaying on the drama and angst.
