sister_wolf, and I'll be driving the DC Comics van this month. Part of what I love about DC Comics fandom is the wide variety of characters and pairings available to the fanfic writer, and my recs will reflect that. So, we'll start off with a bang with a rare (but ever so hot) pairing:

Pairing: Deathstroke/Nightwing (Slade Wilson/Dick Grayson)

Why this must be read:
This story is set during Dick Grayson's brief but intriguing undercover stint as a mafia enforcer known as "Crutches." Dick is in over his head already, and things just get more complicated when he has to ask the master assassin Slade Wilson for a favor. Nothing between these two characters could ever be simple, not with their history, and RubyNye does a beautiful job of working the tension and sense of history between Nightwing and Deathstroke into a scorchingly hot seduction.
