In our ongoing attempt to reduce the backlog, December will feature small/miscellaneous fandoms exclusively. Regular fandoms will be on hiatus until the New Year.
Q: Who can participate?
A: If you've either signed up in the small fandom thread previously, or you've already completed your fandom overview and signed up to jump the queue, you are welcome to participate.
Q: Okay, then what do I need to do to get posting access on December 1st?
A: First, comment below with a link to your original comment now so we get an idea of the interest, and to ensure we don't duplicate fandoms. Then get to work on your fandom overview! Your overview should include, at minimum:
Pics & Bios - thumbnails and a brief introduction to the main characters
Overview - including major plot points/story arcs
Fandom Resources - major archives, recs lists, live journal communities, etc. People are always welcome to leave links for additional archives or personal recs pages in the comments of your overview.
Prior to December 1st you'll be asked to comment again to confirm your participation, and you will be given posting access for the 1st of the month.
At this time we do not intend to repeat small fandoms which have already been featured here. If interest in 1st-time fandoms is low, then we may open it up on a first come, first served basis.
If you have previously commented in one of the small fandom threads and have since lost interest, please take a moment to delete your comment. This saves us a lot of time and back-and-forth as we try to fill the regular monthly small fandom slots.
