Why this must be read:
I'm usually not much one for non-con and rape stories, but this one is different. KatBear deals with both the non-con and the aftermath deftly, using the sex to move the plot forward and taking the time to deal with the mental trauma that follows. Obi-Wan suffers, but realistically.
It's not an easy road back for him, despite the support he gets from Qui-Gon and the other Jedi. Plus, there is no sparkly magic buttsex at the end that fixes everything, which elvates this story head and shoulders above most rape fic in my mind.
