tree, once again reccing for The X Files. I've been terribly lax and unorganised this month, trying to come up with a theme. So, since it's Valentine's Day quite soon, I thought I'd make this month about comfort fic - things that I read again and again because they make me all gooey inside. Prepare yourselves for mushy MSR!

Kelley is a relative newcomer to the XF fanfic scene. She exploded on the mid-year Gossamer update with several MSR fics and was recced very highly all over the place. Her writing is well-crafted, her wielding of emotion subtle and her characterisations of Mulder and Scully profound. This vignette is a lovely bedtime story about the long progression of an unconventional romance.
