Hey, everybody! I'm Carrie, and I'll be driving the Farscape van this month. I'm sorry I'm so late getting started! I'm your typical John/Aeryn fanatic, so most of my recs will focus on them, but I'd like to throw in the rest of the Moya crew as well.

Why this must be read:

They grab a table near the back, shadowed from the suns. Aeryn orders a drink that John's microbes can't translate, and when he asks her what it is, she tells him, tersely, it probably won't kill him.

Voleuse has a knack for saying so much with such sparse language, and her characters are always spot-on. This is a nice little shot of John and Aeryn's back-and-forth in S2.
