Why this must be read: This story is hilarious, original, and extremely engaging. Told mostly from the Master's viewpoint, it's about how he went on holiday to recover from the spectacular failures of several of his recent plots to gain power. Unfortunately for him, he picked a planet where the memory of the Fourth Doctor is idolized. Complications ensue when the Master attempts to steal a temporal regulator the Doctor left behind, and the Sixth Doctor and Peri turn up. If you never thought you could feel sorry for the Master, the story of his troubles just might change your mind.
