Redefining Family by wiccagirl24 Rated PG

Fandom: NCIS

Why this must be read: still *really* bad at this part
Long, well-written with very good character voices. I love the point-of-view it's written from, the deeper look into the character. I love the slow pace, the gradual unfolding of the plot. It has light touches of humor the same way the show does. It fits well into the storyline where it's set in the show. All the characters are well drawn, making me care even more about them. And I love the ambiguity of the ending. This has a good stopping point, but very definitely leaves the door open for more.

FYI: setting the font explicitly to black only helps people who also have a black background on their friends page, which is probably not most people. If you want to keep the pairing secret (and if it is indeed allowable - I have no idea what the rule is) you need to set the background color for that bit of text, too.

The easiest thing to do would be to set the pairing off with an LJ-cut, I'd think.

Can I ask why the pairing needs to be behind a cut, though?
