Why this must be read:

I fell into the SG1 fandom well into my show watching and it took a while thereafter for me to fall into Jack/Daniel but if I had to explain why I love reading Jack/Daniel, I think I could just point to this story. There's an undercurrent of history, connection, and yes to Jack and Daniel's 'relationship' in this story. It stretches from the episode Forever in a Day to the 9th season and it is so perfectly them.

Yes, this story would be one of the best examples of why I adore the pairing that I've seen in a long time.
