Well, no not really. But then he hadn't thought about it much either. Sandburg was always so there. He'd gotten used to turning around and seeing him at his elbow, sensing his presence when he walked in a room, eating his stupid food, and listening to his rambling monologues. Damn, he was going to miss it.
