Why this must be read:
This is my second turn at reccing the fandom, but there are just so many wonderful authors, AU's and fics out there that one attempt is never going to be enough :) This month I'll be trying to rec my favourite stories from my favourite authors rather than trying to give an overview of the fandom.
Limlaith is a very good writer of both gen and slash fic. She varies the pairing and the AU so there's always something unique about her fic. 'What Kind of Love' is a fic that writes from the pov's of the two characters involved. The author brings in wonderful character thoughts, very much in tune with how I see them and creates an atmosphere that can make you believe you're there. This fic hits all my markers.
