Is it just utterly pathetic that I can't make myself read this because I stupidly skimmed the ending and know how sad it is? *shame*

I admit, I almost didn't read it either - I'm a huge fan of happy endings. However, I like to think of the ending as hopeful; the comments real!John makes throughout the story make me believe that Rodney isn't alone in his feelings.

I am hoping the author will write a sequel one day!
