OW. This is a lovely tale whereby Chris and Ezra are out on the trail, bad weather and Ezra's cold send them indoors to an old home of Chris' dredging up some painful memories. It gives us a wonderful little snippet of Chris' past and great interaction between the two characters. It's one of my feel-good fics :)

That - was evil. Feel-good fics do *not* make one teary-eyed.

But it is a surprisingly excellent story, despite it's lack of Vin-ness. (*grin*). I love the author's interpretation of Chris. And adore sick Ezra. Very amusing.

Excellent choice, as ever. Keep it up!

Teary eyed?! Awww, sorry, didn't mean to do that. It does leave me quite satisfied though each time I read it, so it's definitely makes me feel good :) I'm going to have to go away and see if I have some Vin fics to rec aren't I?! ;)

Um, not Vin-centric no, but I think I may have two that have Vin in them... ;) I can however, go take a look at all the ones stored on my hard drive, I'm sure to find one hefty on the Vin in there :)
