why this must be read: kel's stories are always something special. This is very Chris-centric, mostly about the early years, and it's lovely.
Chris likes Lance as a roommate for a lot of reasons, but right now he likes Lance because he can be counted on to entertain himself, and fairly quietly. Lance doesn't want to go out and look for hot chicks or try to rehearse steps for the ten-zillionth time in the carpeted living room or terrorize the neighbors, Lance is content to lie on his stomach and flip through Chris' CD binder.
