Why this must be read: A fandom where there are close partnerships of characters, one of whom has to address the other as 'Master', lends itself to a certain kind of smut, and very lovely it is too if that's your thing. That said, sometimes it's nice when the roles don't turn out the way you expected. This is H/C of sorts, after a traumatic mission Qui-Gon experiences a need to atone for what he sees as his own failure, and Obi-Wan finds that he's only too willing to accommodate Qui-Gon's wishes. It's lovely smut without too much angst or complication, just what you need after a long day.
