Hi crack_vanners. I'm geeklite and I'll be your Stargate: Atlantis dealer this month. I've been reading and enjoying the enormous range of fic in this fandom for three years or so, and some of my favourites haven't been recced here before, so I'm glad to get a chance to do so. McKay/Sheppard is the true pairing of my heart, but I promise to try to not make all my recs McShep.

Why this must be read:

This was one of my favourite fics to come from the SGA Secret Santa holiday swap last year, and I wasn't surprised at all in the least when the authors were revealed. To me it's a great "What if?" What if something didn't happen quite the same as it did on the show. What if John was even more withdrawn than he is now. What if Rodney was his typical self ;) I love this Rodney and this John, and the pictures cupidsbow paints with her words.
