Why this must be read: Cuddy is a great and popular character, but most fic tends to focus on her (potential) love life while the show (and House himself) tends to dismiss her as a doctor, not just an administrator. This is a wonderfully written story about Cuddy's dream to become a doctor and the reality of it.
