Why this must be read:

I've been realising that I've recced a number of older fics, and I wanted to address the balance a little with this one. It's a remix of lavvyan's original Male Enhancement fic which is still a work in progress (and is also fantastic), but Leah just took the premise and ran with it, and boy, did she run. It's one of those fics that just takes you by the throat and you have to find out what happens even though you should have gone to bed hours ago, and it's four in the morning, and there's work tomorrow, but you just can't stop reading. Do you know what I mean?

In this AU, Rodney orders a Playfriend, since he's thinks he's never going to find a human who can stand him, and instead he gets an escaped super-intelligent android who he names John. They learn to be human together, and my heart nearly gets torn to bits (but the ending's much happier than you assume :)

Oh, I love that story. And the sequel... actually, possibly the sequel more than the first part, though that may be because the sequel has Cam Mitchell and Lorne in it :)
