Why must this be read? Because it's fun, that's why. Blair needs Jim to bail him out of a jail cell, and Jim has an epiphany. As is traditional for a TS story, Jim's epiphany is to do with the utter rightness of the concept that he and Blair love each other and should boff like bunnies. There's banter. And a really interesting-in-an-anthropological-way cellmate for Blair.
