Why this Must be read: I had a hard time picking just one of Jane's stories. I kept going back and forth because they're all so good.
I chose this one because of the back and forth between Gibbs and Tony. I love Tony's acknowledgement to himself that he seriously needs something more from Gibbs. We see it on the show and this story takes it a few steps further.
He doesn't even consider being subtle about his interest; he's lucky Gibbs hasn't called him on it long before now and that he hasn't is in itself an answer to a question Tony hasn't asked: would you? With me? How about it, Boss?
