Why this must be read: I didn't care for Jenny most of the time on the show.
She had a few good moments but I find that writers of fanfic do a better job of portraying her as a fully rounded character than the show ever did.
This story has layers and things unsaid are just as important as the ones spoken.
Jenny took it with a wry smile. "It's not explosive, is it?"
"Of course not." Ziva waved her arms dismissively. "I would only give you explosives were we in another, more dangerous city."
"Tel Aviv? Cairo? Sarajevo?" Jenny stepped aside to let Ziva through the doorway. "Chicago? New York?" she grinned.
