Why this must be read:
Frankly anything by Maldoror, no matter what fandom is worth reading. A Simple Night Out with the Guys is a lovely little crack fic told from Kankuro's POV. It's an excellent portrayal of how just plain weird all these elite Konoha shinobi really are.
This fic is based onaskerian's Saki-chan series, but it can be read as a stand alone.
