Gone by Mariah (R)
Fandom: POPSLASH ('NSYNCSLASH)
Pairing: Chris Kirkpatrick/Justin Timberlake
Length: Novella
Author on LJ: N/A
Author Website: Blistered Glamour
Why this must be read: Here's another oldie, but goodie by Mariah, one of the best 'Nsyncslashers during the time. In this angst driven tale, sometimes the unknown is the worst of all...really hard to summarize this story, but trust me and read it. It's a great all around story.
Gone
Something was wrong. Something was very wrong. It was too dark, too quiet, and too cold. When Justin opened his eyes, he saw nothing but a black void. Something was covering his eyes but there was no light peeking in around the edges. There was nothing for him to see. It was so quiet, too. The only things Justin could hear were the sounds of his breathing and the pounding of blood in his ears. The silence was thick and Justin felt it pressing against his chest, making it hard to breathe. The cold was also making it hard to breathe. It was so cold. The thin boxer shorts and T-shirt he was wearing were doing nothing to protect him from the cold.
