wendelah1, driving the van this month for The X-Files. I am a noromo, and a Scullyist, who reads a lot of Mulder/Scully romance, but who is always on the look-out for good genfic and slash. Without further ado, let's get rolling.

Why this must be read: This story blew me away. It is a series of eighteen drabbles, structured around lyrics by Veda Hille, which tell the story of their relationship, beginning sometime after "The Truth", then going back in time, ending with the pilot episode. The language is lyrical but not at the expense of meaning, and has strong, sensitive characterizations of both Mulder and Scully.
