This is part of a round robin. GanFan Supreme Twisted Sister’s meta-contribution interrupts Tarrant and Soolin in their quarrel about the best way to comfort Avon after being raped by Bayban. The Writer now only about 5 feet tall, and wearing a heavy sweater and jeans has her own idea of a suitable response.
Deciding on the ubiquitous yet luxurious hotel room, she created a room with rich furnishings including a fireplace complete with a roaring fire, and a large bed with black satin sheets which would contrast nicely against Avon’s fair skin. She decided somewhat reluctantly to save the Jacuzzi for another thread. (The chocolate-flavored oil, however, is deployed…)
Who better, the Writer decided, to supply the comfort than the most gentle, nurturing, underused (and putatively well-hung) character? At first, Gan demurs If that’s what happens to you when you’re a popular character, I don’t think I’ve been missing much, but really, how can he hurt the Writer’s feelings? And how can he NOT give in to Avon’s demands to be Comforted, tout suite? And, when Gan, in search of a news update about Vila, encounters a pouting ("brooding"), jealous, snockered Tarrant in the hotel bar, how can he NOT provide hangover remedies and home comforts?
