Five Things Ray Wishes Would Happen Right This Second by <user site="livejournal.com" user="slinklin
Fandom: DUE SOUTH
Pairing: Fraser/Kowalski
Length: 1600 words
Author on LJ:

Author Website: None
Why this must be read:
Oh, the "Mountie on the Bounty"-related antagonistic sexual tension fics. In the F/K part of fandom they're right up there with "It's just the two of us alone in this tent and wow, is it cold tonight" on the list of beloved cliches. I loved them, but I thought I'd read them all and knew what to expect.
And then I read this fic. It's a five things fic where all five things are true - and false - at once. It's angst and it's also utterly, slyly hilarious. It's preslash with smut.
Fraser and RayK are having an argument, the same argument they're always having lately. Ray is frustrated.
...See title.

(Aaaaand now I'm picturing a bouncy sleuth. Who presumably fights crime. *shakes head*)

(Hey, I'd totally read about a bouncy sleuth fighting crime. ...Depending on how much coffee and sugar he's had, that might not be a bad description of RayK.)
