No Particular Place to Go by flyingtapes (R)
Fandom: Bandom
Pairing: Bob Bryar/Ray Toro
Length: one-shot; medium: approx. 3100 words
Author on LJ:
flyingtapes
Author Website: flyingtapes: fiction archive
Why this must be read:
This story was based on The Time Traveler’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. I loved the whimiscal premise of Bob with Chrono-displacement, popping in and out of his life and relationship with Ray. These two guys are adorable together, and
flyingtapes shows how well they fit. I laughed fondly at "Old Bob" and his younger self trying to deal with the strangeness of their life with Ray.
By the way, no need to be familiar with the band or the guys to enjoy this one.
