Why this must be read: Ovidien is one the most poetic writers I've had the pleasure of the reading. 'Poetry' is finely crafted with such great prose that Ovidien is known for. This fic defines Jason Castro's beauty-poetry-through his lover's eyes, David Cook.

They are both naked, save for a corner of duvet which covers the lower half of Jason’s calf. Summer is hot in Los Angeles, but despite the air conditioning it’s still warm in the room. The windows are closed, though, so they can be aired a little later. The curtains are open a crack, just a crack. The sky is pink. The ocean audible.
