I know not everyone celebrates Thanksgiving, but it’s huge in my family and I invariably find myself up to my elbows in stuffing, cranberry sauce and acorn squash on Thursday morning.  So, I can really identify with Aly’s stories, which are often filled with lovely cooking scenes.  With both Jim and Blair a little short-changed in the “traditional” department when they were young, I can see them taking such a family-oriented holiday and doing it up right.  Since I won’t be driving next month, I thought I’d share these two tasty Thanksgiving stories.

There’s one from the viewpoint of each guy with Jim’s story, as you might expect, being a little more poignant. We get to share memories of Thanksgivings Past as the guys prepare for their first time hosting Thanksgiving as a couple. These should be read in order.
