Why this must be read: I'm a huge sucker for good friendship romances, and this is one of the best I've read in Torchwood. It's about the unlikely friendship that grows between Ianto and Gwen while Jack is away post-Season One. Their humour, affection and shared Welshness leaps off the page, and I ended up falling just as much in like with them as they do with each other. Give it a try, and I think you will too.
