Why this must be read:
There were several things that I took issue with towards the end of the season, and one of those things was Gibbs treatment of Ducky in Patriot Down. I always felt that his behavior was bad even by Gibbs standards.
Ashleigh Anpilova gives us this nice episode tag that reveals all of the things that Gibbs should have said to Ducky. It is not super long, but it conveys powerful emotions in its 500 words. It is beautifully written and Gibbs' pain over his treatment of Ducky is tangible. I hope you enjoy it.
