It's a blanket scenario fic!  What's not to love?  Also, this is a rare pairing that at first I didn't think I'd like, but buffybot76  brought it all together very nicely.  Misao pushes Saitou's buttons nicely and Saitou, sexy, sadistic bastard that he is, stays in character right down to his trademark smirk.
