Why this must be read:
Both on the show and in fandom, Fiona sometimes seems to get a bit shorted in my opinion. There's way to much focus on her as it pertains to her relationship with Michael, and not quite enough looking at Fiona herself. This fic is an excellent examination of Fi in relationship to the religion she was raised in. Her thoughts will come as no suprise, but wizefics delivers them in spot on voice.
Excerpt: Actually, she was pretty sure she was fucked on that one. The only time she'd confessed her true sins to a priest, the Father had nearly fainted he'd been so afraid of her.
