Where Are They Now (aka Dakota Jones trilogy) series by Dolimir
Well, as this is my last day driving the van this month, I've decided to end with a trilogy.
Fandom: THE SENTINEL
Pairing: Jim/Blair
Length: in total, 35620 words
Author on LJ:
dolimir_k
Author Website: http://www.852prospect.org/
Why this must be read: - in the first part, a Navajo shaman tells Blair something of his future (2060 words) In the second, a night undercover at a karaoke bar leads to Blair being 'identified' as a well-known singer who had disappeared some years previously (7230 words) With the third part, the series goes AU and slash. Jim distrusts Blair once too often, and Blair leaves (26330 words)
Everything in this trilogy links together extremely well, and it contains a lot of the elements I always enjoy in a story; it includes some mysticism, it gives some details of Blair's background, presents a strong Blair, a strong yet vulnerable Jim and is altogether a very satisfying read.

Now handing the keys over...

FYI: There is a fourth story. It's called "Waiting for Dakota" and can be found here: http://dolimir-k.livejournal.com/69799.html?mode=reply
Thank you for putting a smile on my face this morning.

Most especially the name Dakota Jones. Sometimes I'll be going about my RL stuff and the name'll just pop into my head for no (read: various) reason and I'll have to stop for a moment to place it.
