Sorry guys!  I had a bit of a breakdown, but the Van's running alright now, if a tad slowly.  I'm your friendly neighborhood white-collar fanfiction provider for the month!  To start, something a bit more general:

Why this must be read:  Because it's a fascinating look at Neal and why he does the things he does, and why he hasn't charmed Jones and Cruz so terribly much.  Because it shows that Neal knows the system and how to manipulate it.  In short, because it is a picture of Neal Caffrey:  Con Man, that isn't always shown.
